The process starts with a meeting in our office where we will go over house plans, site locations, the pre-approval process, as well as other aspects included in building your one-of-a-kind custom home.
We strongly encourage the homeowner to be involved in the decision making process from the design phase to the finish. We want you to decide what your exterior consists of whether it’s stucco, siding, stone, etc., as well as what the interior consists of. What species of wood and type of finish do you want for your custom kitchen cabinets? Type and color of countertops? Light fixtures? Floor coverings? Species of wood and finish for your trim and doors? These are all things we want you to decide, and we will be there every step of the way to guide you through this. We can help you make decisions based on past experience, but ultimately the decision is yours. After all, this is your custom home. Remember, we are here to help make your dream a reality!
